Very pleasant but non-spectacular food in a grand, albeit comfortable, setting. Not sure about the 3 stars based on this visit.

LINE-CAUGHT WHITING FISH FROM SAINT-GILLES CROIX-DE-VIE in a crust of bread with almonds, “New-Zealand” spinach and olive oil flavoured with curry and péquillos pepper
SAND SOLE cooked in a meunière style, stuffed with young onions and black truffles, poultry juice with brown butter.
