Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare (NYC)

No cameras permitted here! Some of the things, I think I remember we had:

  • Saba with ginger
  • Japanese sardine
  • Akamutsu,black vinegar savory sauce, crusted with puffed rice
  • Black cod and daikon
  • Uni/ truffle/ brioche
  • Diver scallops and abalone
  • Caviar and velouté
  • Norwegian King crab and foie gras soup
  • Turbot white asparagus peas
  • Uni risotto
  • Duck / onion/ duck moose snuffed morels
  • Shiso ice cream
  • Rhubarb and yogurt sorbet
  • Milk chocolate and matcha – frozen
