In a city of great views Mikla has a particularly stunning one, offering both old and new city panoramics from either side of the dining room which is perched on top of the Marmara Pera Hotel.
The food is Northern European in nature but definitely has some Turkish influences at times. Well worth a visit, although it is not cheap for Istanbul.
