Wine & Brine (Moira, NI)

This was the second of two meals I have had recently here and it is definitely the best food I have had in in years in NI, outside of Belfast. Although, my pet hate (and with many other places locally) is displayed here; many plates are not ‘full’ dishes, one has to order sides as well. To me, rather than being a sideshow, carbs and veg should be integral to dishes at this level.
